Summer Camp 2026: Art that POPS!

Campers play with watercolor and markers to create beautiful artwork.

Campers use oil pastels to make landscape art.

Welcome to Summer Camp 2026: Art that POPS!

Join us as we adventure through Pop Culture! Each week students will explore different categories of pop culture through a multitude of fun projects - which can be enjoyed whether you know the source material or not. Projects don’t repeat for morning and afternoon, so feel free to sign up for both! Campers will enjoy painting, drawing, multi-media, and cardboard construction projects each week as they dive into a different theme of pop culture.

Specialty camps are back! A variety of options are available, including drama camps, clay handbuilding and wheel throwing, and even manga drawing - check them out in the booklet or online.

Mix and Match Pop Culture Classes and Specialty Camps to create your students’ perfect day!

In order to fully engage in activities best suited for their abilities, students must meet the age requirement of the camp on or before the start date. There are no exceptions to this policy. Pop Culture camp sessions are for kids ages 6-13, with specialty camps varying.

NEW THIS YEAR: We are happy to announce a SECOND 6-7 class! If you would like your student to be with their friends, pay close attention to if you are signing up for Group A or Group B.

Emergency contacts must be updated in your CivicRec account prior to camp. Only individuals listed in your CivicRec account are permitted to check your child out from camp. No exceptions. IDs will be checked.

All camps align with Cobb County’s refund policy as follows: A participant wishing to withdraw from a class that has not been cancelled by the department must provide a request at least seven days before the scheduled start of the class. Once a request is received in writing via email seven days in advance of the program a 100% refund will be issued. Within the week prior to the scheduled start of a class refund/credits will not be given except for verified medical/hardship cases. Refunds for payment made by cash or check will be received approximately 2-4 weeks after the refund is requested.
